Magnetic rods
Magnetic rods are an effective tool for magnetic separation of material in both bulk and liquid mixtures. They are designed for magnetic grids, offering good magnetic performance using strong neodymium magnets and dimensional flexibility of the resulting separation grid. Magnetic rods consist of a closed stainless steel tube with a permanently embedded magnetic core made of cylindrical neodymium magnets.

Magnetic rods are used in industrial applications for cleaning dry and liquid materials in small to fine fractions. They are very effective at separating impurities from feed mixtures and containers in which agricultural products or foodstuffs are mixed. They are also used in the construction industry, chemical industry, processing industry, and other fields where material purity is important.
Below you will find our standard range of magnetic rods. Customized magnetic rods can be manufactured on request. The magnetic core is non-removable and enclosed within the rod.
The magnetic rod meets the basic requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 27, 2004, on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
The product does not contain any chemicals that are classified by the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) as carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic, persistent, bioaccumulative, toxic, and we confirm that they are not included in the Candidate List (SVHC) in concentrations exceeding 0.1% by weight in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 18, 2006, concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals.
