Flow magnetic separators

The flow-through magnetic separator can be used as a preliminary stage for protecting technology, preventing metal particles from entering equipment that could damage it. It can also be used to purify mixtures to the highest possible degree of purity, with the separator placed at the end of the line. Thanks to the superbly designed magnetic labyrinth, a high level of impurity capture is achieved. It is installed on circular pipes, where it replaces part of them, and the purified mixture passes directly through the separator labyrinth.

We offer flow-through magnetic separators in three versions – ECO, Standard, and UP – with different magnetic strengths ranging from 7400 Gs to 12200 Gs in single-shell or double-shell designs. Separators for connection to circular pipes are manufactured as standard in sizes 50, 65, 66, and 100 mm.

Flow magnetic separators are designed for efficient, continuous removal of ferrous metal contaminants directly in pipelines, ducts and gravity-fed systems. These separators are installed in the flow of material, ensuring that powders, granules and bulk solids pass through a powerful magnetic field that captures unwanted metal fragments before they enter downstream machinery.

Flow magnetic separators are ideal for closed systems, pneumatic transport lines, vacuum conveying, gravity feed tubes and processing lines where product must remain sealed and contamination-free.
