Broccoli Frost contains freeze-dried powder made from broccoli microgreens grown on our own farm. We control the entire process from seed to finished capsule.
Gentle freeze-drying preserves their natural characteristics, nutrients and bioactive compounds. Broccoli microgreens are among the most widely studied plant sources of sulforaphane.
